1. Agreement of terms
1.1 Welcome to our "VIP Station online store"(here referred as “VIP Station” in short). To protect the users, please read the following detailed requirements before registration. If you have registered as a member of VIP Station online store, that means that you agree to and adhere to all regulations.

2.2 No fake items in VIP Station online store.
2.3 The prices offered in VIP Station online store are reference price; the selling price provided by VIP Stations’ staffs shall prevail.
3. Member ID and password
Once registration is completed, the user will get a member ID and password, and is fully responsible to the safety of your own account number and password. Users should not lend the account, password, and transfer to others. If you discover illegal use by others of your account, you should notify us immediately. VIP Station is not responsible for any illegal use of account and password by others, results from hacking or user’s negligence.
4. Privacy
User's registration information and other personal information kept by VIP Station are subject to regulations and VIP Station’s"Privacy Policy".Providing personal information is not required when browsing the website.Below are the description of ways to obtain personal information:
a. Member Registration:
When users registered as a member of VIP Station online store, our site will require users’ name, gender, date of birth, education level, occupation, monthly income, Email and other personal information. Failure to provide such information will not be successfully registered as a member and cannot use the Member Services. When user orders products, we may require user to provide other personal information such as contact numbers, address, etc.
b. Online payment service:
Currently VIP Station accepts payment via Alipay and Wechatpay , the information provided by the user (including: name, phone number, address, email address, the account information and credit card information), are directly stored in the online payment provider's equipment,and are protected by the online payment providers.
5. The use of personal information
VIP Station members’ personal data will be collected for the following purposes: to provide the required content, products or servicesby users,tocontact users,toconduct research,toimprove servicesquality,andto provide Newslettersandpromotionaloffers. VIP Station will not disclose anypersonalinformation.
6. Exceptions Clause
6.1 VIP Station provides luxury goods resale services, warranty services for all its goods are produced directly by the company responsible for the goods and we will not have any warranty on its responsibility. (Note: the VIP Stations’ goods for sale are genuine guarantee of responsibility, and its resale under our luxury goods are provided by the company's global manufacturing warranty service and maintenance.)
6.2 VIP Station will not assume any liability such as system failure for any loss resulted.
6.3 The price provided by the VIP Station online store is for reference only, if the user suffers any losses caused by price, we will not assume any liability.
6.4 For users using various services in website, or inability to use the services due to any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages, VIP Station will not have any liability.
7. Provisions Amend
VIP Station reserves the right to modify any provisions of this Agreement, if users do not agree with VIP Station’s amendments of this Agreement, users have the right to stop using the service and withdrawal. If users continue to use services by this site,that means users accept the amendment by VIP Station online store for the relevant provisions of this Agreement.
8. Damages
For the actual and reputational damage caused by the breach of this Agreement and relevant laws, the user agrees to take the full damage responsibility to the VIP Station online store, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees and related personnel,.
9. General provisions
9.1 The execution and interpretation and dispute settlement of this Agreement should abide by the laws of Hong Kong and is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong.
9.2 If any provision is of this Agreement is completely or partially invalid or unenforceable for whatever reason, the remain provisions of this Agreement shall remain effective.
